Rochester Woman Charged With Felonies After Multi-Car Accident in Ontario County

SHARE NOW

A multi-car accident at the intersection of State Route 332 and County Route 41 in Farmington resulted in the arrest of a Rochester woman on felony charges.

According to State Police, a 2010 Prius driven by 55-year-old Julie Rackmyer was traveling south on State Route 332 in the right lane when it struck a Toyota Rav4 driven by Jeune Blovens, of Farmington. That impact caused the Rav4 to strike an Audi driven by Paul Brown, of Farmington.

No injuries were reported.

Rackmyer was charged with DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both felonies. She was taken to Ontario County Jail for arraignment.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
