Rochester Woman Arrested on Warrant Out of Ontario County

A Rochester woman was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant.

The warrant was issued for Krista Kiblin after she allegedly failed to appear in court to answer a charge of criminal possession of a forged instrument. Kiblin was taken into custody without incident.

Kiblin was transported to the Ontario County Jail where she held to await CAP arraignment.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
