A Rochester woman was arrested Tuesday by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on a trespass charge.
Karen Gath is accused of being at Eastview Mall in Victor despite being previously banned due to an unrelated incident.
The 64-year-old was taken into custody without incident and released on an appearance ticket for Victor Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
