A Rochester woman was picked up Thursday by authorities on a Family Court Warrant issued out of Ontario County.
35-year-old Nicole Stephan was brought to the Ontario County Jail following her arrest by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Department where she will be held until CAP arraignment.
