A Rochester woman was arrested on New Year’s Day by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on a bench warrant out of Hopewell Town Court.
The warrant for Tiffany Giardina’s arrest stems from her alleged failure to appear in court on a charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Giardina was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment
