The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 40-year-old Jiminda Jackson of Rochester early Tuesday morning.
Deputies say Jackson was taken into custody around 5 Tuesday morning, on a bench warrant issued by the Farmington Town Court. The arrest followed notification that Jackson was in the custody of the Rochester Police Department.
She was transported to the Ontario County Jail, where she was held for CAP Court (Centralized Arraignment Part).
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
