The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Rochester woman on Saturday had an active bench warrant for failing to appear in Farmington Town Court.
April Holland reportedly had an active bench warrant for failing to appear in Farmington Town Court on July 28th for the original charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance, aggravated unlicensed operation, and no/inadequate headlights. Holland was located and detained by the New York State Police on a traffic stop where she was later turned over to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office. Holland was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
Holland will appear in Farmington Town Court at a later date
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
