A Rochester woman was arrested Saturday night after she was allegedly involved in a physical dispute with a 16-year-old girl in the area of a Starbucks kiosk at the Eastview Mall in Victor.
An investigation determined Cynshei Wilson was the aggressor in the altercation, which resulted in the teenager suffering minor injuries. The 29-year-old Wilson was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and was released on an appearance ticket for Victor Town Court.
The Sheriff’s Office added that harassment charges are also being filed on behalf of the victim.
