A Rochester woman has a date in Victor Town Court after being arrested on Wednesday following an incident at Dicks Sporting Goods at Eastview Mall.
Marissa Bauer is alleged to have left the store with unpaid merchandise. During the investigation, the 27-year-old Bauer is accused of giving Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies with a false name due to having multiple warrants out of the Greece Police Department for grand larceny.
Bauer was charged with grand larceny, possession of burglar tools and false personation.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
