A Rochester woman was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday following the investigation into an alleged shoplifting incident at the Victor Target store.
Trinity Vandewalker is accused of stealing $508.62 worth of clothing and personal hygiene products without paying for the items. Vandewalker was taken into custody during a traffic stop.
The 19-year-old was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
