A woman was taken into custody on Thursday following a shoplifting incident at the Von Maur store in the Town of Victor.
According to law enforcement, Yoneldy Ortega Muro is accused of passing all points of sale without paying for approximately $170 worth of merchandise.
Ortega Muro was charged and is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to respond to the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
