A traffic stop on State Route 332 in the town of Farmington on Saturday resulted in the arrest of a Rochester woman.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, April Holland was pulled over for driving her car with an inoperable headlight. Additionally it was discovered the 44-year-old April Holland had a suspended driver’s license. During the roadside investigation, Holland was allegedly found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
Holland was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and was released on an appearance ticket for Farmington Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
