A Rochester woman was arrested by Penn Yan Police following a traffic stop in the Yates County village.
Nichole Rothfuss was found to driving on a suspended license after she allegedly failed to answer a summons in 2021.
Rothfuss was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and was released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
