Rochester Teen Ticketed for Allegedly Causing Farmington Accident

SHARE NOW

A Rochester teenager was ticketed following the investigation into a two-car crash that happened in Farmington.

17-year-old Jordan Barranco-Cruz is accused of failing to yield to another vehicle at the intersection of County Road 28 and Fox Road, which resulted in a collision with another vehicle. Barranco-Cruz was ticketed for failure to yield at an intersection.

Barranco-Cruz, a passenger in his car, and the driver of the other car, 28-year-old Sydney Porchea, of Macedon, were taken to Thompson Hospital for treatment of minor, non-life-threatening injuries.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
