Rochester Resident Accused of Fighting With Police During Arrest in Geneva

Geneva Police’s investigation into a noise complaint resulted in the arrest of a 19-year-old from Rochester.

When police arrived on the scene on Castle Street, they reportedly found a highly intoxicated Lezaria Lott trying to fight several people. During the police investigation, Lott allegedly attempted to fight with officers, preventing them from completing the work.

Lott was charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing governmental administration.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
