The 65-year-old Mathews was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop at a stop sign, unlicensed operation, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, uninspected motor vehicle, and displaying a forged instrument. No injuries were reported from the accident.
