The investigation into a suspicious car parked on the side of State Route 104 in the town of Sodus Wednesday morning resulted in the arrest of a Rochester man.
32-year-old Robert Homer has been charged with two counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia after sheriff’s deputies say they discovered a small scale containing a white powdery residue along with two bags of small glassine envelopes that were uncovered both in his car and on him.
Homer was released on appearance tickets for Sodus Town Court.
