The investigation into a theft that occurred in the Ontario County town of Richmond last month has led to the arrest of a Rochester man.
34-year-old Richard Zimmerman is accused of stealing motor vehicle parts from an auto repair shop and the aggregate value of the stolen items was greater than $1,000.
Zimmerman was charged with felony grand larceny and was ordered to appear in Richmond Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
