A Rochester resident was arrested by Canandaigua Police for allegedly driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Lakeshore Drive.
Mitchell Koretz’s car was observed traveling east on Lakeshore Drive when it failed to stop for a stop sign near the intersection with the City Pier. Following the traffic stop, Koretz was determined to have been driving his vehicle in an intoxicated condition.
Koretz was placed under arrest and later released to a third party with an appearance ticket to appear in Canandaigua City Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
