A Rochester man was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant issued out of Williamson Town Court.
Deputies took custody of 25-year-old John Ortega from the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office for an active bench warrant that was issued when he allegedly failed to appear in court in October of 2022.
Ortega was brought to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
