The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Rochester man on multiple warrants stemming from separate investigations.
Deputies arrested 61-year-old Michael Fazio on two outstanding warrants, one from the Town of Lyons and another from the Town of Walworth. Fazio faces charges of third-degree robbery, two counts of petit larceny, and second-degree harassment.
He was transported to the Wayne County Centralized Arraignment Part court to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
