The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Rochester man on an active warrant for violating probation.
Deputies took 27-year-old Tyrek Collins into custody for allegedly failing to meet the conditions of his probation.
Collins was transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing before being transferred to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
