A Rochester man was arrested Thursday morning by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant out of Victor Town Court.
The warrant for Jamire Nicholson was signed out of Victor Town Court for his alleged failure to appear on the previous charge of petit larceny. Nicholson was being held at Monroe County Jail for an unrelated incident.
Nicholson was taken into custody without incident and was transported to the Ontario County Jail where he was present for CAP.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
