The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a City of Rochester man following a warrant investigation.
Deputies arrested Nicholas A. Torres, age 30, of Coleridge Road, City of Rochester, for two counts of Burglary in the Third Degree. It is alleged that Torres missed his previously scheduled court appearance.
Torres was arraigned at the Wayne County Superior Court and released on his own recognizance, scheduled to return at a later date and time. Torres was then turned over to the Irondequoit Police Department for an active warrant he has with them. Torres also has an active warrant with Greece Police Department and five active warrants with the Monroe County Sheriffs Office.
