A Rochester man was arrested in Ontario County on a warrant issued out of Victor Town Court.
51-year-old Timothy Cook was located at the 7-Eleven store on an arrest warrant issued out of Victor Town Court for the charge of criminal possession of stolen property.
Cook was held for CAP to be arraigned and will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
