A Rochester man was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on an active bench warrant issued out of Victor Town Court.
The warrant was issued for Shaquille Clark for his alleged failure to appear on a multitude of traffic offenses. The arrest is the result of a traffic stop on State Route 444 in which Clark was found to be driving on a suspended license. Subsequently, it was determined that he also had an active warrant. He was taken into custody without incident and brought to the Ontario County Jail for pre-arraignment detention.
Clark was additionally issued uniform traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation, operating a motor vehicle without a front plate, failure to surrender a suspended New York State license, failure to update his address on his license and possession of an open container inside of a motor vehicle.
Clark will return to Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charges
