A Rochester man has been arrested on a warrant issued out of Tyre Town Court.
Milton Ellis’s arrest stems from an incident that occurred on January 23, 2023, when he allegedly stole property from a Seneca County business. Upon conducting an investigation, police filed an arrest warrant for Ellis. He turned himself in to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office on April 1st.
Ellis was processed on the charges and turned over to the Seneca County Jail to await CAP proceedings.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
