A Rochester man was arrested on three warrants issued by the Victor Town Court.
40-year-old Marvin Gilbert was arrested on two warrants charging him with petit larceny and one felony charge of grand larceny. All cases are related to retail theft from TJ Maxx, Dicks, and DSW in the town of Victor. Gilbert was transported to the Ontario County Jail to await later arraignment.
Gilbert has seven additional active warrants for his arrest from surrounding area agencies, all for retail theft.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
