Seneca Falls police arrested a Rochester man early Tuesday morning on an outstanding bench warrant.
Officers took 35-year-old Willie Williams into custody around 1:50 a.m. on November 11. The warrant had been issued by the Town of Seneca Falls Court.
Williams was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he was held to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation; the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
