A Rochester resident was arrested Thursday night by the Seneca Falls Police Department on a bench warrant.
The arrest of Misaiah Hymes stems from his original arrest in April of 2023 when he was arrested on a larceny charge but allegedly failed to appear in court.
Hymes was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility following his arrest to await CAP arraignment.
