A Rochester man has been arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Seneca Falls Town Court.
33-year-old Misaiah Hymes was arrested back in April on a larceny-related charge. When he allegedly failed to appear in court, a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.
After being taken into custody Tuesday night, Hymes was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
