The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Rochester man on a charge of criminal contempt.
Brian Puglsey was taken into custody without incident on Tuesday after it was determined the 39-year-old had allegedly violated a stay away order of protection that was issued out of Ontario County Family Court.
Pugsley was transported to the Ontario County Jail where he was held to await arraignment at CAP Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
