Early Thursday morning, the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to meet with Monroe County Sheriff’s Deputies at Eastview Mall in Victor and attempt to execute a bench warrant.
Upon their arrival, 26-year-old Quinton Rose, of Rochester, was taken into custody without incident on the warrant for allegedly failing to appear in court on a previous charge.
Rose was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
