Rochester Man Arrested on Ontario County Bench Warrant

A Rochester man was arrested Wednesday by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on a bench warrant.

The warrant for Philip Drumm’s arrest was issued after he allegedly failed to appear in court on grand larceny charges. Drumm was taken into custody without incident at the St. John Fisher Park and Ride.

Drumm was brought to Ontario County Jail where he remained in custody on pre-arraignment detention and will appear before Ontario County Court on a later date.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
