The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Rochester man on multiple outstanding bench warrants related to past incidents.
Anthonie Lamagra, 25, of Goodman Street in the City of Rochester, was taken into custody after failing to appear in Lyons Town Court on charges of Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree and Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree.
The warrants stem from separate incidents that occurred on earlier dates, authorities said.
Lamagra was transported to the Wayne County Jail, where he is being held pending arraignment in Wayne County CAP Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
