A Rochester man has been arrested on a Wayne County warrant for an incident that happened back in November of 2021.
Yong Wolfer was taken into custody Thursday on burglary and petit larceny charges.
Wolfer was processed at the Wayne County Jail and was released on an appearance ticket following his arraignment in CAP Court
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
