The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Rochester man following a domestic violence investigation.
41-year-old Benjamin Laplante is accused of violating a previously issued order of protection against him. Laplante was arrested on a warrant for criminal contempt and aggravated harassment charges.
Laplante was transported to CAP Court where he awaited arraignment on Wednesday.
