A traffic stop in the village of Red Creek Saturday night resulted in the arrest of a Rochester man.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, Richard Scully was pulled over for numerous traffic infractions on Water Street in the Wayne County village. Upon further investigation during the traffic stop, Scully was arrested and refused to submit to a chemical test.
Scully was charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding, failure to stop at the stop line, no turn signal, and failure to maintain his lane.
Scully was brought to the Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
