On Friday, the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office took a Rochester man into custody following a shoplifting complaint at the Von Maur department store in the Town of Victor.
Allan Quinones Rosario, 21, allegedly passed all points of sale without rendering payment for $40 worth of merchandise. He was charged with Petit Larceny and issued an appearance ticket.
Quinones Rosario is scheduled to answer the charge in Victor Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
