An accident Sunday night in Ontario County resulted in the arrest of a Rochester man.
Buckley O’Brien struck a guard rail and was roadside on County Road 33 and the village line in the town of Naples when sheriff’s deputies arrived. Based on their investigation, deputies arrested O’Brien for allegedly driving while intoxicated.
O’Brien will appear in Naples Town Court at a later date.
