An investigation by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office led to the Friday arrest of a Rochester man.
It is alleged that on April 23rd, 23-year-old Dawson Cook knowingly and unlawfully entered a home in the town of Palmyra. Cook was charged with criminal trespass.
Following his arrest, Cook was brought to the Wayne County Jail for CAP arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
