An inmate of the Monroe County Jail was arrested Wednesday by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office at Victor Town Court.
Harley Dubois, of Rochester, was arrested on a warrant issued out of Victor Town Court, charging him with felony grand larceny. The 40-year-old stands accused of stealing $1,099 in property from the Best Buy Store located in Victor back on January 30th.
Following arraignment, Dubois was sent to the custody of the Monroe County Jail, where he was being held on unrelated charges.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
