Police arrested a Rochester man following an investigation into a building alarm at the Tractor Supply store in Ontario.
The alarm was activated after police say 43-year-old Daniel Molina stole a go-kart from the front of the building. He was arrested on petit larceny and possession of burglary tools.
Molina was released following his arraignment and will appear in Ontario Town Court at a later date.
