A Rochester man was arrested this week following an investigation into an alleged theft that occurred on December 21st in Ontario County.
Urban Kittles, Junior, is accused of stealing $1,100.00 worth of merchandise from Target in Victor.
Kittles was charged with grand larceny and was released on an appearance ticket for Victor Town Court.
