A Rochester man has been arrested for allegedly stealing merchandise from the Dick’s Sporting Goods store at the Eastview Mall in Victor.
Deputies were able to obtain Fernando Martinez’s vehicle information and demographic card information as he purchased a single item. Martinez turned himself in to police after he was contacted for allegedly possessing $285.22 in merchandise from the store he did not pay for.
Martinez will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the larceny charge.
