A Rochester man was arrested for an alleged theft that occurred at a Seneca Falls business.
Seneca Falls Police arrested Willie Williams for allegedly entering the store, selecting merchandise, concealing it and then walking past all points of sale without any attempt to render payment for the items.
Wiliams was charged with petit larceny and conspiracy and was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
