A Rochester man was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office following an investigation at the Best Buy in Victor.
It is alleged that Christopher Davis concealed merchandise on him from the store and then walked out without paying for it. The price tag on the item was $100. In addition to petit larceny, Davis was charged with two counts of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a single count of unlicensed operation.
Davis was released on appearance tickets out of Victor Town Court.
