A Rochester man faces charges in Seneca Falls after police say he intentionally stole a bicycle that did not belong to him.
Police say the theft committed by 33-year-old Willie Williams led to an altercation with the bike’s rightful owner. Williams is also accused of recklessly damaging property in excess of $250 that did not belong to him.
Williams was released on an appearance ticket for charges of criminal mischief and petit larceny.
