A Rochester man has been arrested for allegedly stealing a car in the City of Canandaigua.
It is alleged that during the early morning hours of August 3rd, 19-year-old Abdulraqeeb Ahmed stole a car from the parking lot of the Pinnacle North Apartments and fled the area. After an extensive investigation, Ahmed was located in the city of Rochester Thursday and arrested.
Ahmed was charged with grand larceny and was brought to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment
