A Rochester man has been arrested for allegedly burglarizing a Wayne County restaurant back in January.
According to police, 26-year-old Jesus Rodriguez and another man entered the Rustic Taco restaurant on Lake Road in Ontario by breaking the glass front door and then stole a number of items from the inside before fleeing. After Rodriguez was identified as one of the suspects, he turned himself into the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and was charged with burglary and petit larceny.
Rodriguez was being held for arraignment at the Wayne County Jail.
The investigation is ongoing in regard to the second suspect.
